Kathy Hixon has served the Sunbury community since September 1993 and currently holds the positions of Police Administrative Assistant and Mayor's Court Clerk. In her role, she is responsible for overall court management, police, court and public records, along with a wide range of administrative duties. She also oversees fiscal responsibilities for both the Mayor's Court and Sunbury Police Department.
Background
She received her B.S. in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University and is certified as both a Mayor’s Court Clerk and Municipal Clerk. Throughout her tenure with the City of Sunbury, she has served in various roles, contributing to the effective operation of court and municipal services.
Personal Life
Kathy is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Guardians fan and enjoys reading and traveling. She is married and has two sons.
